Furan Resin

Furan resins are based on Urea-Formaldehyde which be modified
with furfuryl alcohol.
Due to stability in higher temperatures and resistance against
explosion, furan resins are mostly applied in foundry industries in
manufacture of molds in Cold-Box, Hot-Box and Thermo-shock
systems.
