Dehydrator - SK 208
www.ske.ir Application:
Humidity can alter the characteristic impedance of waveguides.
Infiltration of humid air, snow, or rain into antenna feeder and
waveguides can damage the front ends and deteriorate the
performance of transceivers.
This phenomenon is specifically critical for microwave systems that
employ hollow waveguides, which include a wide range of systems
such as broadcasting transmitters as well as radar systems.
In these systems humidity increases the insertion loss as well as
reducing the return loss.
Dehydrators provide dry air and monitor oxygen to control
temperature and humidity in rooms of telecommunication devices and
regulate environmental conditions of antenna.
This devices are used in microwave networks and radio and television
transmitters, airport radars and telecommunication cable network.
