The Main Purpose of the
6 Established Companies
Small and medium size tech
enterprises have an influential
impact on economic and
technological development
as a result entrepreneurship.
Development of these
companies depends on
preparing the required
infrastructures for reducing
their risks in the beginning of
their activities.
The Technology Business
Center (Techbiz) of Pardis
Technology Park was
established in a virtual
manner with the aim of
offering services to the newly-
established companies since
2014, so that it can provide the
newly-established companies,
membered at this center
based on specific indexes,
with services for creating
optimal market opportunities.
Since 2017, the attitude of
this center changed and
was oriented toward offering
business and technology
services to all the applicants

Besides, the center aims to
focus on empowering natural
inventors and innovators and
evaluating and supervising the

by the governmental authorities

in addition to concentrating
on business and technology
services. Thereupon, for more
information in this regard,
we had an interview with
Mohammadhossein Askari, the
Supervisor of Techbiz:
Giving Assistance to the Newly-
Established Tech Units:
One of the duties of the
incubators and technology
parks is to prepare a suitable
atmosphere and to offer
consultation and the required
services for their members,
who have ideas and products
able to be commercialized
based on science, expertise
and technology and to get
them ready for independent
and effective attendance in the
technology arena.
Techbiz has attempted to get
use of the capacities of the
private sector with the purpose
of preparing and offering
business and technology
services required by the tech
companies especially the
members of incubators as
well as the small and medium
newly-established companies.
In so doing, the business
technology services have been
classified into 15 categories
and will be offered to the
applicants by the private sector.
Until now, we have sought
assistance from 40 brokers
membered at the center, of
which some 17 brokers are
settled in the park and the
other brokers’ head offices are
located in Tehran.
Empowerment:
The strategic empowerment
plan of the young innovators
drawn up between Pardis
namely “Toranj” is a contract

empowering entity and the
National Elites Foundation
with the aim of empowering
the elect inventions and those
referred by the Foundation.
In this program which is
due to be performed by the
Techbiz, we try to get use
of the experiences of the
private sector in empowering
and holding such events as
well as the capacities of the
web space, and we also try
to prevent interference of the
classes in addition to promoting
the subjects and curriculums.
In this regard, we have taken
advantage of the collaborations
of Yas Accelerator in order to
design a suitable procedure
for empowering people and
the infrastructures of Tehran
Innovation Network for software
and web-based development
of this plan in the future. Of
course, the main focus of Toranj
program is that the inventors
change into entrepreneurs and
to specify the way for the plans
and inventions in acquiring the
standards required for entering
the marketplace.

Techbiz is also the custodian
of holding training courses

Park and Elite Technology
Development Center, and
it holds some 7-14 training
events annually pursuant to
the needs and commensurate
with the manpower capacities
of the center; however, the
center cannot hold separate
training courses for the new
members, but it can hold some
programs related to changes
in the laws such as insurance,
tax and social security and
also the issues related to
intellectual ownership and
standards etc. which are likely
to be subject to changes every
year. In so doing, not only the
older companies can get use

based on the Park’s supportive
by-laws, and the companies are
entitled to enjoy consultation
in any field required. Moreover,
regarding the training
programs, we intend to let
the companies enjoy the
supportive measures of the
by-laws under the supervision
of Techbiz, so that not only they
can participate in the training
courses held in the park, but
to also take advantage of the
educational centers across the
city of Tehran.
